Despite herculean efforts from Bryant and his team, it wasn't something that could be fixed with the limited supplies in the paddock and therefore ruled him out of the meeting before racing had even started.
“I was
really disappointed to not be able to run after a long winter, but these things
happen” Bryant reflected.
“The bike is now well on its way to being fixed, though and will be ready for the next round [Snetterton April 12-14].
“He [Mike,
the bike’s owner] has all the parts now and he’s building it back up.”
Bryant had limited testing on his Tigraft TZ350 so had had been hoping to not only start the season off on a high, but use the meeting as a chance to grow more familiar with the bike.
Opting for
a new challenge this year in the Two Stroke GP, the 2018 Pre-Injection 700 Champion
will be riding a purpose built Tigcraft TZ350 through the course of 2019 and
heads into round two (Snetterton, April 12-14) looking to bounce back.
